At Lyft, our mission is to improve people’s lives with the world’s best transportation. To do this, we start with our own community by creating an open, inclusive, and diverse organization.
As a Product Designer at Lyft, you are customer-obsessed and will be involved at every step of product development, from brainstorming broad ideas to ensuring design quality through launches. Utilizing your full range of interaction, visual, and product thinking skills, you will guide and own the user experience for some of our most important efforts on behalf of our Riders.
You have a track record of leading products to successful outcomes for both users and the business. You are a strong cross-functional partner, and excellent communicator, and adept at taking solutions from ideas to implementation. You uphold a high-quality bar and have a keen appreciation for details. Above all, you approach problems holistically and create elegantly simple solutions to complex, multifaceted challenges.
By joining our Rider Segments team, you will focus on growth by cultivating a profound understanding of how to streamline and enrich our experiences across critical use cases, such as travel. This team crafts experiences that resonate deeply with our Riders, engaging them precisely when transportation can significantly enhance both their daily routines and in more unique moments. The role entails delving into emerging user segments, discerning distinct requirements for various ride types, fostering habitual Lyft usage, and optimizing our service's value for our customers.
