About the Role

Remesh is looking for a Product Designer to join our Audience team. The Audience team is tasked with connecting everyday individuals to research projects, which help inform business decisions from product packaging to cultivating healthy organizational cultures. The ideal candidate will be able to distill complex workflows into simpler, more enjoyable experiences. They can find the sweet spot between existing market expectations for audience tooling and our unique research offering. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers, and own the audience experience.

Product Designer Role Objectives

• Lead design initiatives for the Audience team to ensure a delightful participant acquisition experience for our users
• Uncover customer problems in the Audience space and identify opportunities for improving the user experience of key workflows
• Create impactful solutions informed by UX standards, data, and user research
• Be the voice of the user within your team and across the organization

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Conducting user research to gather feedback at various stages of the design process to drive product and design decisions
• Contributing to the overall design quality of the platform by sharing feedback with other designers
• Engaging cross-functional stakeholders in engineering, data science, and product management in the design process
• Overseeing the user experience of a product through the entire product development lifecycle
• Transforming broad, conceptual ideas into well-designed, impactful, and metrics-driven solutions
• Communicating and illustrating results in a compelling and creative way

Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer (UX research, visual design, and interaction design)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
• Experience with enterprise SaaS products
• Portfolio featuring examples of visual and interaction design work
• Strong active listening, collaboration, and trust building skills
• Proficiency in visual design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma and Miro)

Preferred Qualifications

• Start-up experience
• Familiarity with front-end web development (HTML/CSS)
• Experience with WCAG standards and how to design for accessibility
