We’re looking for a Product Designer in Poland to join us in expanding our global presence and building experiences across our different platforms, from enterprise to consumer. Design serves a vital role at Affirm: from building narratives through data to creating products that help people make important financial decisions. As designers, you are responsible for crafting experiences that solve problems people struggle with every day. 

We’re looking for a Product Designer to help build new associate and B2B experiences through informed iterative design. You can demonstrate a breadth of design experience leveraging your ability to create delightfully simple experiences that improve a user’s relationship with the tools they use most. You partner well with design leadership, design research, and content; to ensure cohesion across the design organization and help drive internal cultural change to champion our users.

What You'll Do

  • Design end-to-end flows and product experiences for web/mobile applications that shape our enterprise and consumer product ecosystems
  • Create end-to-end detailed design deliverables including experience maps, storyboards, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
  • Work through complex and ambiguous situations to clarify and focus design direction
  • Support with prioritization of short-term to long-term results-oriented work that drives impact
  • Partner closely with research, content, and product management, to identify opportunities to invest in delightful experiences during all design stages
  • Foster an inclusive environment to allow teams to thrive
  • Leverage design principles and frameworks to guide your decisions

Anticipated Percentage of Time Spent:

  • 60% design
  • 25% research and documentation
  • 15% meetings

What We Look For

  • 2+ years experience in consumer product/ux design focused roles
  • Strong thought approach to the craft of design informed by user needs
  • Knows how to hold a bar for design craft and shipping to learn
  • Self-sufficient and uses leadership and peers to seek out feedback early and often
  • Ability to improve the culture of the team and cross-functional partnerships
  • Familiar with working with and contributing to a design system
  • A demonstrated portfolio of your work thinking strategically across multiple consumer experiences and shipping successful in-app/web experiences in a fast-paced environment (Required)

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive package, with some highlights listed below.  However, the given figures are not guaranteed compensation ranges; rather, they are unbinding, approximate indications of what the salary may be for your awareness. The actual salary may be less than the lower range or greater than the upper range, depending on skills and experience. No employee is guaranteed salary at the amount of the lower range.

Location - Remote Poland

The majority of our roles can be located anywhere in Poland.
