Email marketing has been the missing ingredient for many of our loyal customers, and the Campaigns product is the direct answer to their ambitious needs. We aim to increase our software’s overall appeal to revenue teams that need a CRM tool with marketing features to succeed with their business endeavors. In your new role, you’ll join the multi-disciplinary Campaigns team that shapes the future of this top-priority product across many highly requested feature areas: marketing automation, insights, audience management, and more.

What you’ll do:

Learn: Get to know the products, your team, and the world-famous Pipedrive culture. Absorb knowledge from 50+ designers with a great mix of backgrounds and hobbies spanning sociology, haute couture modeling, and open sea sailing.
Research and validation: Gain a thorough understanding of users’ needs via various qualitative and quantitative research methods. Validate assumptions with customers. Upgrade your skills with guidance from our amazing research and data teams.
Design and innovation: Steer the future of Pipedrive products – help teams around the world grow their businesses by developing elegant, intuitive experiences. Use modern design methods and communicate your intentions in a clear, convincing way.
Collaboration: Partner with product managers to connect customers’ motivations and needs with business goals. Collaborate with engineers to build live prototypes and manage technical nuances of diverse projects. Refine ideas with design peers.

We are looking for someone with:

3+ years of experience with product design
Passion for user-centric design methods
Attention to detail, analytical reasoning, systems thinking
Great communication and presentation skills
A team-oriented personality
Experience with Figma as the primary design tool
Experience with some of the following: user research, usability testing, interaction design, interactive prototyping, information design, visual design, animation design, accessibility, front-end coding
Not required but a plus: relevant university degree in design, marketing, or psychology
