Product Designer

Come strengthen the chemistry of our team and help us empower software companies to provide powerful self-serve analytics & in-app comms tools to their PMs, Design Managers, and other product roles. We're seeking a Product Designer who is passionate about user interface design and cares deeply about creating delightful experiences for our customers.

As a Product Designer you'll be involved in all aspects of the design process: engaging with customers and users, concepting early-stage ideas, exploring multiple design solutions, prototyping high-res workflows, collaborating closely with other designers, product managers, and engineering.

Role Responsibilities:

• Drive clarity from ambiguity
• Craft design solutions, in close partnership with Senior and Lead Designers
• Strong day-to-day execution skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly and produce deliverables consistently 
• Collaborate & communicate effectively with your squad—PM & Engineers
• Be seen as a strong partner by our design team and/or product peers
• Desire to be mentored by senior designers and leaders

Minimum Qualifications:

• Understands all aspects of product design and strives to reach a high bar: user research, prototyping, interaction design, visual design
• Capacity to bring others along in your thinking
• Capacity for strong product thinking and crafting solutions grounded in customer insights, data, business goals
• Design system interest and/or experience 
• Data visualization interest and/or experience
• Figma for Design and Prototyping
• Desire to strengthen the chemistry, diversity, and inclusiveness of our team
• Figma for Design and Prototyping

Preferred Qualifications

• Nice to have: Experience working with multi-office and/or distributed teams
• Figma for Design and Prototyping
• Experience with Pendo is a plus
