Our Oscar Design Organization is a multidisciplinary team of supportive and collaborative designers and researchers that examines the entire member journey and considers the design of systems to be as important as the artifacts we make. Our practice is human-centered, our work is rooted in empathy and research, and we lead by example and with our values.
As a Product Designer on the Member Experience team, you will help us to explore, design, and shape the vision for tools that empower our members to manage their care with Oscar. You will envision how our members find care as well as focus on improving their web and mobile app experiences.
You will generate and explore ideas, conduct discovery or usability research, sketch out, design, test and ship high-quality features, partner with your peers to shape roadmaps, and define goals for high-impact work. Most importantly, you will have the ability to challenge and propose what healthcare can look like in the future. You'll carry the voice of our members throughout our work, inspiring your team with their stories and championing the ideal experience.
You will report into a Group Product Design Manager.
