Lyft Business is one of our fastest growing and most profitable business units, which enables companies to provide the world's best transportation to the people they care about. This role will be focused on the consumer experience of Lyft Pass, a service which enables individuals to receive transportation stipends from their employer or university.
We’re looking for a Product Designer to advocate and maintain a customer-centric culture within Lyft, and be happy and comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You'll partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to define and create top-notch experiences. You’re experienced with every step of product development, from brainstorming broad ideas to ensure design quality through launch. Using your full range of interaction, visual, and product thinking skills, you will create intuitive, innovative experiences across Lyft Business.

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $128,000 - $160,000, not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.
