You will be part of the Foundations Tribe, the backbone of the product. Our mission is to provide core SaaS & HR experiences for other product teams and end users.

With your squad you will work in the newly created Integration squad, whose mission is to increase the efficiency of our users when connecting Payfit with their own HR tools.

You will build seamless and delightful experiences for end users, and enable internal teams and partners on the integration construction with the good tools & guidance.

• Product design. You practice the double diamond design process from beginning to end: translating research insights taken from users and stakeholders (PMs, Sales, Support) into user journey and design pixel perfect mockups that engineers can easily implement.

• UX architecture. You will leverage and create required UX tools to solve workflow problems and conceptualize how the various part of the products connect and interact as a complete unified experience.

• Facilitation. Good storyteller, you will be an internal ambassador for integrations and communicate with enthusiasm to your stakeholders. Animation of co-creation workshops will be your best ally to gather insights, ideate, converge and align teams on common vision.

• You know exactly what API technically stands for and how to leverage from them to bring more value to users.

• You are very familiar with in-app integrations experience and their related challenges.

• You love solving complex problems.

• You are experienced in working on or with a Design system, and you know its importance in maintaining consistency and a better experience in the product.

• You have user research skills (user interviews, prototyping & user testing, etc...) and you always keep a user centric approach.

• You are obsessed with simplicity, you nevertheless have an eye for detail.

• You understand technical issues and are not afraid of pushing the boundaries to always strive for the best experience among the complexity and dependencies.

• You have an organized and ambitious mindset to co-lead your squad (ex: contribute creating squad OKRs, be accountable for the quarterly initiatives, annual and quarterly roadmap creation...), empower the vision & bring energy to your team.

• You enjoy working in close collaboration with PM & engineers.

• You are experienced in balancing long-term design goals with an Agile-based iterative approach.

• You are a real team player who is excited to join PayFit design team to build a big success story with us. 

• You are motivated to deeply understand the HR industry and best in class actors strategy to enrich your vision.

• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• You speak English fluently, and you want to work in an international and dynamic environment.

• You have worked on designing Integration & API experience.

• You know microcopy is key to have a good experience and you have some notions in term of UX writing.
