Product Designer I

Responsibilities:

• Design and create graphics and user interface for on-line banking platform. 
• Duties may include: Work across the entire design stack, including speccing projects, designing workflows, detailed interactions, and high-fidelity visuals. 
• Ensure quality implementation of designs. 
• Work across teams to prioritize new products and product features based on user needs and business goals. 
• Find solutions to user problems, and think critically from the user perspective. 
• Work directly with 2 - 4 engineers, the business team, other product designers, and a visual designer.
• Contribute to high-level and strategic decisions with other teams and executives. 
• Simplify and cull design elements with a ruthless eye. Prototype multiple visual and UX concepts and then narrow them to the right solution. 
• Design whole systems, not just interface elements or static pages. Analyze the success of solutions and iterate. 

Requirements: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in design or a related field, plus 4 years of work of experience as a Product Designer or a related occupation. In lieu of a BS degree and four years of experience, Employer will also accept 6 years of experience.
