Product Designer

Doctolib is on a mission to transform access to healthcare  and is looking for a Product Designer to launch its future products.

It’s hard to find a more diverse skill set than the one you’ll find in the Design team: User Research, Brand Design, UX Writing, Design Operations and Product Design of course. 

Yet, all the team members have something in common: they care about providing the best experience to our users.

Their goal:  move from a complex context to create and design the simplest solution for our users with a pixel perfect approach.With designers across our different offices (Paris & Berlin for now) you’ll be able to learn & grow your design skills in a multicultural environment.

What you will do

• Owning the entire design process from exploring the problem definition to developing a suitable solution.Creating impactful designs using user interviews, analyzing data, formulating and validating hypotheses, sketching, and prototyping.

• Translating qualitative and quantitative insights into hypotheses, prototypes, tests.

• Understanding how to work from business goals to identify and seize new opportunities.

• Work hand-in-hand with engineers and the project manager to develop new functionalities.

• Looking for ways to expand your skills and to grow in your field. You like to share your knowledge and contribute to the growth of the team.

Your skills

You could be our next team mate if you :

• Already worked a minimum of 4 years in the field of Product Design with a strong focus on B2B products and are able to speak English on a C1 level.

• You are a smooth communicator and who acts proactively to ensure effective collaboration.

• You articulate your ideas clearly and effectively and are able to influence, convince and build trust.

• Have strong experience with high fidelity prototyping.

• Have experience building products for native mobile (Android, iOS) and web.

• Possess extensive knowledge of mobile and desktop design patterns.

• Understand product release cycles and make necessary trade-offs and prioritization decisions to ship.

Now, it would be fantastic if you:

• Have experience working in data and (health) tech complex environments.

• Contributed to the development of financial/ health products.

The interview process

• 45 minutes call with our Talent Acquisition team to know more about Doctolib

• 1h interview with the Design team to deep dive in the role and scope.

• Prepare your case study & present it to the design team

• 30 minutes final Interview with our CPO
