The Creative Services design team is looking for a Product Designer with experience building interfaces for purchasing and managing subscription-based products. This exciting role allows you to collaborate on high-impact initiatives with world-renowned SaaS customers like Mastercard, Farmers Insurance, and Toyota.

The Creative Services team is multi-disciplinary team responsible for providing the entire organization with design support. You’ll report to the Director of Creative services, and will be responsible for designing elegant products that improve business performance while always keeping the customer informed and in control.

You’ll need to provide deliverables under tight deadlines with input from many senior-level and client stakeholders. Strong collaboration skills are a must, as well as coolness under pressure, problem solving, attention to detail, and the ability to mediate and cope with rapid change. The work requires a dedicated individual who champions our high standards and design aesthetic.

What you'll be doing:

Work closely with Product and Engineering to identify, plan, scope, and execute end-to-end design solutions
Bring solid research and discovery practices to inform design and experience solutions
Work across the entire design organization to develop innovative patterns and systems that are durable, repeatable and set a new standard for craft across the company
Create, collaborate, and iterate on prototypes, wireframes, high-fidelity visuals, and workflows
Work in solidarity with our customers and partners
Contribute to the creation and ideation of delightful consumer experiences for purchasing and managing insurance products, connecting our client’s business with their intended audience
Design, support, and ship key parts of the core Sure platform product

What we’re looking for:

Minimum 3-5 years professional design experience, preferably at an agency or in-house design team for a product-driven business
Experience designing for all aspects of subscription-based products, sign-up, payment, communication, management, and cancellation
A portfolio of work that showcases excellence in interaction design, visual design, and problem solving
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to clearly communicate concepts and designs through sketches, wireframes, high fidelity designs, and prototypes, using Figma and—as a bonus—HTML and CSS
Comfortable communicating with clients or external stakeholders
Ability to juggle multiple projects and pivot when priorities shift
Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity and change during a project
Comfortable taking on medium to large-scale projects involving multiple teams and requests; notices opportunities to augment projects without being asked
An open mind to learn, collaborate, and educate others
Finds opportunities for inclusive design and easily identifies when improvements to design and/or design processes are needed
