TicketSwap is on a journey to become the world’s favourite marketplace for safely buying and selling tickets. With over 19 million fans across 42 countries, we connect fans to the events they love and help organisers build lasting success.
Design plays a key role in that mission. Every interaction - from discovering an event to completing a purchase - should feel simple, transparent, and trustworthy.
That’s why we’re looking for a Product Designer to join our Product team. You’ll work on meaningful challenges that affect millions of fans worldwide, collaborating closely with engineers and product managers to shape experiences from idea to launch.

Conduct and participate in user research and usability testing to understand fan behaviour and validate design decisions.
Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product.
Use data, insights, and experimentation to continuously improve the user experience.
Present and communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders across the company.
Collaborate with other designers to share feedback, refine ideas, and raise the bar for design quality.
