With big ambitions, we’re excited to be welcoming a new Product Designer to our creative product team. This is your opportunity to join us, and help change the way early-stage start-ups access capital.
As a Product Designer at Birchal, you’ll be joining an established product team based in Poland. You’ll successfully deliver user-friendly, appealing, and slick designs from concept to delivery in a collaborative and creative environment. You'll work with other designers and a cross-functional team to shape the future of this forward-thinking industry – creating new, greenfield products.
The Role
- Illustrate and communicate complex design solutions across uses cases by creating process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity designs
- Develop and maintain detailed design documentation including specifications, redlines, design system, and style guides
- Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication
- Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Use data collected from research, user testing, and market analysis to create truly user-centric designs
- Modify designs in accordance with feedback
- Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions
Requirements
You Have
- 2-3+ years of commercial experience as a product designer (UI/UX)
- A complete portfolio of your product design examples
- Proficiency in Figma
- Creative flair as reflected in your product designs
- Ability to collaborate on design projects and integrate feedback from cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in keeping up with product design technologies and industry trends
- Excellent communication skills
You Might Have
- Knowledge of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Motion design skills; proficiency in Adobe After Effects
