Responsibilities
- Working with Product manager and engineerins, Develop, implement, and refine design processes to support rapid iteration and improvement.
- Create globally appealing, user-friendly designs, offering expert insights and suggestions.
- Conduct user research, partner with product managers to drive solutions by leveraging qualitative and quantitative customer insights.
- Deliver detailed, robust UI/ux design solutions, ensure a high quality product design.
Requirements
- Web3 / Crypto / Payment / Finance / AI work experience
- Educational background: have a degree in graphic design, HCI，visual arts or related field.
- Communication skills: posses strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Open to learning and constructive feedback.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
