Nextdoor is where you connect to the neighborhoods that matter to you so you can belong. Our purpose is to cultivate a kinder world where everyone has a neighborhood they can rely on.
Neighbors around the world turn to Nextdoor daily to receive trusted information, give and get help, get things done, and build real-world connections with those nearby — neighbors, businesses, and public services. Today, neighbors rely on Nextdoor in more than 305,000 neighborhoods across 11 countries.
As the Design Lead on the Neighborhood Monetization pillar, you’ll be a part of pillar leadership and manage a small team of designers focused on ensuring that Nextdoor drives incredible outcomes for our customers. You’re mission-oriented, deeply human-centered, and passionate about creating digital experiences that bring people closer in real life. You’re fascinated by neighborhood dynamics and human behavior and excited to design tools that empower neighbors to build stronger communities and transform how customers can reach engage and convert their neighbors in the local area. You’re ever-curious and let new insights change your mind and inspire new solutions. In this role, you’ll help define what the Neighborhood Monetization team takes on and guide your team toward building product experiences that enable people to build neighborhood relationships. You’ll work cross-functionally and across multiple platforms to shape the future of the Nextdoor product as we continue to grow.
