As a Product and Innovation Design Lead, you will play a crucial role throughout the entire process of product development — using design to inspire our development and innovation teams, lead and develop Product Designers, and enhance people’s sleep, one night at a time.

What you'll do:

Lead, develop and engage the wonderful team of Product Designers.
Work with cross-functional teams to innovate and develop Emma product portfolio from consumer insights to the ready-to-scale product.
Lead and guide teams through various projects by verifying ideas and executing them into lean prototypes.
Plan and execute on projects to improve design, functionality, and construction of products.
Establish the processes, that enable consistent designing, sketching, prototyping and delivering of solutions with rapid iteration and innovation.
Collaborate across various teams and manage stakeholders effectively and sensitively.

Who we're looking for:

You have university degree in product design or industrial design or comparable degree/education
You have high motivation and enthusiasm for our projects, reliability, proactivity, rational thinking, and a collaborative mindset to work well in a cross-function team environment.
Passion about driving the future of sleep
Passion about leading, developing, and engaging people
Proven ability to work cross-team and to manage multiple stakeholders needs and expectations
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
An empathy and curiosity for how great brands, businesses and organizations navigate innovation and design and how to implement it in your work
An international background that allows you to look at opportunities from multiple perspectives
You are fluent in English; German will be a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Able to showcase your end-to-end design process across multiple projects, that include interaction and design artifacts, multiple iterations, and high-fidelity prototypes
Experience connecting your work with other cross-product initiatives within the company to drive collaboration
Examples of leadership in non-product dimensions that have made a team stronger and positively impacted the work environment
