Job Description

What you'll do!

  • Must possess superior UX, translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into engaging, intuitive, and functional (UX)
  • Work closely with creative, marketing and development specialists, always striving to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
  • Develop user personas, user cases, user journeys, and user flows
  • Design research, benchmarking, and user testing.
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly illustrate how digital experiences function and look like
  • May serve as a creative lead and manages creative teams on major accounts
  • Responsible for inspiring and motivating creative teams and accountable for developing and directing creative work of the highest caliber with their teams
  • Responsible for mentoring and leading assigned creative staff and being available to critique their work to maintain consistent creative quality and award-winning work
  • Help Creative Director manage the creative staff, as well as helping to improve the creative offering of the team

 

Qualifications

What skills are needed for the role?

  • Great experience in the field for at least 7 years
  • Advanced English Level minimum B2
  • Must have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications
  • Proficiency and proven experience working in UI and UX
  • High grasp of user-centered design process.
  • Proficiency in rapid prototyping
  • Experience leading the design of a feature through different phases (research, ideation, design, testing)
  • Tools: Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin, Invision, Axure RP, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Office Suite, Keynote
