As a Principal Product Manager you will  join our MarTech squad and lead the marketing technology efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our data-powered growth products, with a focus on measuring, optimizing, and automating growth activities across online marketing channels. As a key member of our global team, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable and reliable solutions that drive customer acquisition and retention.

What you’ll do 

  • Optimize Marketing Spend: Direct the analysis and optimization of marketing channels with data-driven insights to ensure strategic allocation of marketing budget.
  • Boost Performance Analytics: Oversee the visualization and analysis of marketing tech performance, delivering insights for optimization.
  • Enhance Marketing Efficiency: Utilize advanced techniques including AI, predictive analytics, and multi-touch attribution to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Lead with Vision: Define and manage quarterly OKRs, develop strategic roadmaps, and initiate experiments for innovation.
  • Collaborate Globally: Act as a central figure in collaborating with stakeholders in 30 countries and coordinating with other product teams for synergistic success.

You'll be great for this position if 

  • You have 10+ years of experience in product management in leading international tech companies. 
  • You have deep domain knowledge and experience in Marketing Technology, Performance Marketing, or CRM and you know what CDP means.
  • You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.
  • You have strong analytical skills and are able to balance qualitative and quantitative insights to make the right business decisions.
  • You have a solid understanding of the majority of the following digital marketing areas: search engine optimization, customer segmentation, paid search, social media, paid media, email marketing, lead generation, and web optimization.
