As the Principal Product Manager for Incentivization, you will be responsible to break the mental barriers that people have for the financial markets and aid them in starting on the journey of their first financial market activity. Your role will be critical in looking at avenues to incentivise and convince the large part of the European population to change their perception about wealth management and partake in financial market activity.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Understand objections and fears of users to access financial markets and come up with levers to change that

• Build constructs that help customers achieve acquisition goals while ensuring economic prudence and long term economic viability for the organisation.

• Understand the motivations & behaviours of our users and tie them to the levers of the business with incentives.

• Operate a product with millions of users, influencing millions in revenue

• Navigate through the needs of the business, of the users as well of the regulatory framework to optimise a best-in-class experience

• Work with a cross functional team from engineering, marketing, data, strategy, international expansion, and legal 

• Track acquisition and incentivization metrics to improve users’ experience

• Define and deliver against a strategic roadmap with your team

• Use your data-drive problem-solving skills to manage prioritization and trade-offs

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of product management experience

• Previous experience with consumer-facing products 

• Data analytics skills, engineering understanding and business savviness with a go-getter attitude

• Ability to operate in a highly cross-functional environment to bring products from idea to launch

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English), with the ability to distill complex product requirements and align stakeholders across the organization
