The Health & Human Services Team is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Website Development Support. This is a hybrid position, requiring some in office (DC) and some client-facing time (Baltimore). The Candidate will be responsible for commuting as needed, so a local Candidate is a necessity.

The Federal Health business unit covers our work with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, including HealthCare.gov, Medicare.gov, and the Blue Button API. Our team supports Federal Heath in building and improving online public experiences and APIs that are reliable, accessible, and user-centered. We help millions of people enroll in healthcare and access Medicare and Medicaid benefits, and we help Federal Health improve the quality of Medicare and Medicaid services for beneficiaries and clinicians.
Primary Responsibilities:
In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert, while serving as an individual contributor that provides mentorship associated with data competencies. A Principal Product Manager exhibits influential skills to shape future work streams within the current customer base, while maintaining a strategic vision to successfully pursue new business opportunities. With limited oversight from leadership, you will be responsible for cohesively integrating industry product management trends and devising a plan for adoption within programs, as well as the business unit. A Principal Product Manager serves as a representative of the business unit, effectively communicating product management strategies to a diverse audience. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and responsibility . The range of starting pay for this role is $125,000-$150,000 and information on benefits offered is here.
