Juniper Square invests in a hybrid workforce and we offer three work modes: full time remote work from your home office, a hybrid of home and office work from one of our office hubs, currently in San Francisco and Austin, or full time work in an office hub. The company headquarters is in the Cloud and we invest in digital-first operations. We have communities of remote employees across the US and Canada, with more substantive local remote working communities in Seattle, Denver, Chicago and New York, but we are open to employees working in several states and provinces. About your role 

Juniper Square is looking for a pricing and packaging lead to drive innovation, change, and alignment for our overall strategy with both new and existing offerings. The role will involve evaluating pricing, versioning and packaging strategies for our existing products as well as partnering with the product and go-to market organization to launch new products and product lines. You will have the opportunity to have a direct strategic impact on our strategy and success in the market. This role is a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally and closely with the marketing leadership team, and be responsible for connecting organizational strategy and revenue goals to sales execution. 

What you’ll do

  • You’ll work with leadership across product, marketing, finance, operations and sales to evaluate and define pricing strategies
  • You’ll be responsible for defining overall pricing strategy and ensuring new product pricing aligns with strategic direction and goals
  • You’ll use quantitative and qualitative analysis of customer and market data to optimize for revenue, penetration, and margin goals
  • You’ll evaluate market dynamics, product success, and suggest changes to strategy 
  • You’ll help our sales teams sell more by building strategic tools and training for them to communicate value and pricing to buyers
  • You’ll develop collateral and marketing materials to be used in the sales process
  • You’ll partner with product marketers to launch new products to market

Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years years of marketing or strategy experience within B2B technology
  • 1+ SaaS experience in focusing on pricing, margin analysis and packaging 
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills 
  • Ability to build strong partnerships and influence outcomes cross-functionally
  • Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to create compelling narratives for products and markets
  • Comfort with the ambiguity inherent in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience with commercial real estate or capital markets is a plus, but not required
  • Experience with Salesforce and Looker a plus, but not required
  • A passion for building businesses from the ground up and transforming markets
