Role 🎨

• Scale Mindbloom’s performance marketing creative approach to achieve growth objectives while maintaining CAC targets

• Run continuous creative experiments in each performance channel to develop learnings that accelerate Mindbloom’s creative testing roadmap

• Support the Performance Marketing team in launching new channels (Tik Tok, YouTube) by building and iterating on creative that follows platform best practices. Meet or exceed creative CPA targets

• Collaborate with internal teams to produce best-in-class performance marketing assets

• Analyze channel KPIs (e.g. CPA, CTR, CPMs, ROAS, LTV) and iterate on top performing creative

• Experience: You have a proven track record massively scaling DTC startups by reducing paid CPPs, raising the bar on creative refreshes, and developing landing pages that improve visit to purchase CvRs

• Inquisitive: You are curious to learn and have a pulse on analogous brands and performance creative trends. You are eager to share new insights around account design approaches that will help position Mindbloom as a leader in the industry

• Performance Creative Master: You are passionate about leveraging creative to drive channel growth and understand the importance of asset diversification. You have an understanding of performance data and channel best practices and are comfortable working between Growth and Brand/Product Marketing.
