Flow is looking for a product minded storyteller! In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide product messaging and GTM campaigns from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds.  Your mission can be defined as “increasing the adoption and fit of our products.” The “adoption” part is outbound focused and includes developer messaging, GTM strategy,  partner briefings, partner enablement, content creation, and more. The “fit” part is how you take the broad set of things you learn about, and ensure they have a relevant, developer-focused strategy for every product in the portfolio. That means advocating for new products and features, informing the messaging & GTM campaigns, owning and updating roadmaps, and helping construct cross-product strategies.

To be successful in this role, you should ask yourself:

  • Can you translate complex technical concepts into exciting developer messaging and campaigns?
  • Do you get excited about championing the product portfolio to internal and external audiences, and spend significant time talking to developers, partners, & community?
  • Do you get excited about going deep on several verticals (NFTs/Gaming/Defi) and topics, while also working broadly across messaging and positioning of the organization?
  • Do you enjoy advocating & evangelizing new products/features, informing the messaging & GTM campaigns, owning and updating roadmaps, and helping construct cross-product strategies?

You will be responsible for the following pillars:

  • Product Messaging: You will be responsible for shaping Flow’s product messaging from the lens of the developer platform and do so in a way that resonates in the industry. You will be on the leading edge of establishing the go to market strategy and messaging by collaborating with Product Management, Product Marketing, & Community.
  • Flow state of the network: You’ll be responsible for working with R&D teams to solidify community understanding, messaging and perception of the Flow network across different dimensions - developer adoption, network growth, decentralization, token economics, product launches, use cases and such. Your ultimate stakeholder is the success of the network and its community. You will play a pivotal role as the technical/domain expert who owns the external roadmap for the product, related solutions and competitive differences.
  • Ecosystem projects:  You will establish a series of developer success stories that exemplify Flow’s unique value proposition. The success of Flow is tied to successful partners building dapps or ecosystem tooling, which need compelling industry-moving stories. You’ll need to lead diverse teams internally and externally to create content that can appeal to different audiences - developers, thought leaders & investors.

A little bit about you:

  • 2+ years of experience (Marketing/Product Management) in Web3 (must have)
  • Proven experience in building a developer infrastructure from 0 to product market fit
  • Proven experience in building a crypto-native project
  • Comfortable getting into technical topics and whipping out stories that can inspire the broader community
  • Experience bringing tech products to market
  • Experience managing product positioning, messaging, market and competitive analysis, and product demos
  • You can craft compelling copy: blog content, FAQ entries, social copy, and website copy - Flow is a story that needs a good storyteller
  • A collaborative and dynamic mindset with a drive to build in a startup environment
