What to expect from the role?

We are growing rapidly and are seeking a Mid-to-Senior Level UX Designer to drive user-centric design solutions that elevate our product experience to unparalleled heights.

How will your day look like at Bureau?

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative UX solutions.

• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design strategies and interaction ideas.

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather qualitative and quantitative data.

• Interpret data and qualitative feedback to iterate on designs.

• Stay updated on UX trends, competitors, and best practices.

• Advocate for the end-user, ensuring our product remains user-centric at every touchpoint.

• Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

What does it take to be in this role?

• BA/BS degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, similar field, or relevant experience.

• 4+ years of proven UX design experience, preferably in the B2B SaaS space.

• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, InVision).

• Experience with user-centered design principles and practices, web/mobile standards, typography, and color theory.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently.

• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
