THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Mid Level PRODUCT DESIGNER to our TECHNOLOGY AND PRODUCT team remotely in PORTUGAL or BRAZIL! 

YOUR IMPACT

• Work on Gympass for Companies, the product where companies manage their Gympass subscription
• Be the customer's voice inside the team, using user research to understand the problems they face and present it in a structured way;
• Guide, influence, and motivate the product team with thought-provoking ideas and recommendations;
• Work on prototypes to quickly validate design concepts with customers and stakeholders, and add the final visual polish to make it production-ready
• Collaborate with the other Product Designers on Companies and across Gympass to craft a great user experience working as a team;

WHO YOU ARE

• A person who clearly aligns with our culture and work dynamics, not only capable of thriving in it, but also helping Gympass to keep bold, young and in constant expansion;
• Previous product design experience;
• Open to learn and contribute on a daily basis with the continuous and constant flow of changes that defines our business;
• Experience with designing and setting up user testing and research studies;
• A solid and complete product design process, managing all steps of the process from discovery to delivery
• Proactive to be the active Product Design voice, creating the best environment so your discipline thrives in your squad
• Excellent communication skills are a must, you need to be able to articulate ideas when speaking to groups;
• Experience and interest in UI design is an awesome plus;

Paid time off: We know how important it is that our employees take time away from work to recharge. Employees receive a minimum of 25 days paid holiday per year in addition to annual holidays (including an extra holiday on your birthday!)

Parental leave: 100% paid parental leave of 12 weeks to all new parents (of both biological and adopted children, regardless of gender and parent's relationship with the co-parent) + 100% paid birth leave of 14 weeks.
