You’ll work closely with stakeholders across marketing, sales, design, and product to bring ideas to life in both digital and print mediums.

What you’ll do:
- Translate the Loop brand into high-quality visual assets across campaigns, landing pages, whitepapers, ads, decks, emails, event collateral, and more.
- Collaborate directly with cross-functional stakeholders to iterate on concepts and respond to feedback quickly and effectively.
- Support both web and print design needs, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Open to using AI tools like Chat GPT, Sora, Claude, and other generative tools to accelerate and enhance the creative process.
- Contribute to the evolution of our visual language and help scale creative standards.
Nice to have:
- Motion and animation skills.
Your experience:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing design, ideally in B2B SaaS or ecommerce.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design, UX, and web accessibility.
- Strong portfolio highlighting your work in marketing (websites, campaigns, landing pages, collateral, and more).
- Capable of balancing multiple projects and clearly communicating status with cross-functional peers.
- Proficient in designing in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Presentation skills to support your designs, ideas, and key milestone deliverables to peers and cross-functional team members.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a clear eye for layout, typography, color, and UI consistency.
Contract terms:
- 40 hours a week.
- Hourly rate: $60 - $80 per hour.
- Month-to-month contract.
- Contractor must supply their own computer and Figma and Adobe software.
- This is not a moonlight position (contractor is expected to work within US time zones).
Loop Story
In a perfect world, Loop wouldn't exist. If we had our way, we'd live in a world where we're mindful about how we consume, we love every product we own, and we sharevalues with the brands who create them. In reality, commerce isn't perfect and often breaks. Loop creates secondchances.
We're starting by revolutionizing the post-purchase experience. We've taken one of the most fragile commerce interactions - returns - and turned it into something consumers actually love, and that deepens our connection to brands and products.
We take connection seriously on the inside, too. We're building a work experience that allows you to Be A Human First and prioritizes empathy and wellbeing. We view Loop as a special place in your career to shape the future of an industry and become a better person while doing it. You can grow faster here in a shorter amount of time - we'll give you space and trust you to fill it.
