We are looking for a highly driven and resourceful Marketing Content Writer to join the Marketing team to contribute to thought leadership and promotional efforts across the Go-to-Market organization. Goals for the role are centered around leads, pipeline, and efficient revenue creation. Reporting to our Content Marketing Manager, this person will work closely with the content team to ideate, draft, edit, and publish content, including ebooks, guides, emails, social media, blogs, and more. 

As a digital-first company, we welcome US-remote candidates or someone who’d be based near one of our US hubs, including New York, California, North Carolina, and Texas.

What you’ll do:

  • Research, develop, and write compelling content marketing pieces that have a strong point of view, inform our audiences, build awareness, and drive leads
  • Write and edit a wide variety of copy for multiple platforms (case studies, white papers, infographics, guides, blogs, emails, social updates, sales copy, etc.)
  • Incorporate SEO/SEM best practices to all written web content
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and customer experience across all communication channels
  • Develop webinar content alongside internal and external industry experts, and create promotional materials to drive attendance
  • Continuously learn more about our product and what's driving results for our customers
  • Understand buyer personas, competitive landscape, and ensure our go-to-market strategy is represented at an enterprise scale
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, product marketing, sales, and comms on different projects


  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of professional writing experience with a strong preference for 3+ years of marketing and/or product copywriting SaaS or other type of tech companies
  • Portfolio and sample works demonstrating content writing skills and experience with long-form and short-form promotional content, primarily in the tech space
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills — ability to write concise, clear, compelling, grammatically and technically correct copy
  • Ability to develop and maintain a clear and consistent brand voice
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills — ability to work creatively and quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Outstanding clarity of thought in communication and analysis, and the ability to explain complex topics and product information in simple terms
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and able to incorporate those into copy development

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation solutions (we currently use and HubSpot).
  • Experience with Google Suite for business, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar.
  • Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, including marketing / sales funnel, personas, campaign-level KPIs, etc.

For applicants in CO / NYC, the intended base compensation range for this role is $95,000 - $105,000. Note that these numbers are not guarantee of final offer, and may change based on experience, background and/or internal company policy.
