You enjoy being a subject matter expert and reference for your fellow product managers, marketers, and sales enablement teams.You seek to define clarity, process and alignment on the factors that drive our business and product strategy.

In this role, you will manage the information assets on target personas, workflows, and competitors.You will also define the intake process by which contributions to these assets will be accepted.You will actively research, define, and manage these assets.

What You Will Do

  • Attain a deep understanding of our product and the problems it seeks to address.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the users and competitive landscape of our product space.
  • Contribute your expertise across a wide array of decisions from pricing and marketing to roadmap prioritization.
  • Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis
  • Develop and maintain a set of assets that aligns competitors, workflows, and personas relevant to each product.
  • Create a process by which all departments can contribute to these assets.
  • Work across different department to provide them the views of these assets that are most relevant for them.
  • Participant in observing sales demos to help determine most relevant competitive features
  • Periodically do broad presentations of new finding and assets to keep alignment within the organization

Requirements

  • 3+ years in market research, marketing, or product in SaaS products, preferably in a B2B environment
  • 1-2 years of information and data collection methods
  • Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen
  • Strong communications and presentation skills
  • Experience in bringing creative ideas and proposals to teams and executives supported by qualitative justification and quantitative analysis
  • Previous experience with broad scale process design and change management is a big plus
  • Experience working closely with customers on product implementations
  • Represent our company and team with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Bachelors degree in management, business, computer science or other equivalent.
