This role is with a new team which will ensure that operational requirements of new products are baked in and scalable when launching a new product or solution within
Checkout.com. As such you'll be working with our product teams and Operational partners to identify the optimum way to launch and scale products which includes looking at the launch of new product variants, in new countries and with new clients. Some of the products you may be working on are Issuing, Marketplaces, Payouts, Crypto, SMB.
What You'll Be Doing
- Working with internal and external partners to define the optimum operational set up for new client types
- Working with product teams to define automation of tasks and operational tooling as we scale
- Working on expansion and problem statements that occur as the solutions grow
- Implement operational procedures for our new product offerings
- Building processes to provide appropriate MI on the product to internal and external partners

About You
- 3+ years working in the payments industry
- Strong experience in Operations whilst working with Product and commercial teams
- Experience working on a product that has grown on a global scale with varying partners
- Self-motivated, flexible and have the ability to maintain high levels of productivity with minimal direction in a high pace environment
- An affinity for or a strong interest in technical and operational processes; you'll also actively seek the answers of what you don’t know.
- An aim to help optimise and automate processes, with a strong focus on scalability
- Act as the internal product advocate, supervise product processes and chip in to the platform feeding back feedback
- Highly detail oriented with a sense of responsibility
- Have ownership of your work and get a sense of achievement from solving a problem and helping others
- You have already led people/team and are passionate about building impactful teams
