The team
Our IT, InfoSec, Cyber Risk & Business Ops team - is in the business of trust and reliability. We create, maintain and operate scalable technology and data solutions that deliver an exceptional experience for our internal & external customers. We embrace Agile principles and values, favor DevOps practices, and view infrastructure as code, all while we create an infrastructure that scales and supports our growth and ambitious vision. This requires a smart, highly collaborative team who can identify, investigate, and implement new technologies to continue securely scaling our global business.

This position
In the position of Lead Product Owner, Customer 360, you will get an opportunity to build an enterprise class, modern process embedded analytical application. Customer 360 insights will power an experience that allows collaboration across sales, success and renewal motions centered around a common definition of a customer thereby driving sales and topline growth.

As a Lead Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining, designing and solutioning the holistic Customer 360 product on Salesforce Sales Cloud to provide immersive workflow embedded actionable insight by using a combination of native Salesforce utilities and Tableau.

You will work closely with sales operations, customer success, renewal management teams to understand business requirements and then partner closely with the Engineering development team for creation of functional specifications documents and drive the delivery of end-to-end product vision.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Salesforce Transformation Leader and is desingated Flex.


  • Define product vision, strategy and roadmap for Customer 360
  • Lead design thinking session and create UX blueprints in tools such as Figma
  • Share and collect feedback from user communities, stakeholders
  • Facilitate discovery, architecture and design workshops to refine expected business outcomes & align on requirements
  • Design Tableau dashboards embedded in Salesforce objects (Opportunities, tasks, notifications etc.)
  • Define robust security framework in accordance with Salesforce data and user security
  • Design functional solutions using industry best practices
  • Document functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business cases
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and process mapping workshops
  • Develop future solution strategies by working closely with Business and Development teams
  • Develop prototypes for new foundational product capabilities
  • Research capabilities, new features as needed to suit business requirements
  • Leverage business process knowledge & expertise to identify gaps and recommend process or system improvements
  • Analyze new and emerging business models and develop solutions
  • Set up the collaboration framework with business stakeholders, and IT peers
  • Influence and gain alignment with key stakeholders on solution implementation
  • Participate in and drive technology/tool and System Integrator selection

Basic qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science and Business Administration
  • 12+ years' experience of data modeling and building analytical dashboards using Tableau embedded in Salesforce Sales processes
  • Experience leading complex transformation projects as Lead Solution/data Architect
  • Experience with enterprise system implementations for global companies with Annual Revenue >$5B
  • Experience of leading product build and improvements using agile methodology

Preferred qualifications

  • IT industry experience at enterprise scale
  • Experience with data architectures, data backends and API access
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast change with an ability to adapt as needed
  • Experience developing, managing, and coaching teams
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud, Customer and Partner communities
  • Ability to scale quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent team player able to work with global cross functional teams
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent team player able to work with global cross functional teams
  • Knowledge of Process Mining and Automation tools like UIPath is preferrable
  • Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems
  • Business process and analytical mindset
  • Extremely good understanding of sales process
