🚀 What’s the opportunity?
We’re looking for a Lead Product Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to take our GTM motion to the next level. We are looking for a customer-focused, creative storyteller. This messaging and positioning expert has proven experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to lead GTM strategies and can also roll up tier sleeves to execute. The Lead PMM will be responsible for growing revenue across our different product lines and personas.  This role reports directly to the CMO.

👷‍♀️ What you’ll work on:
- You will know the customer inside and out and develop and execute strategic messaging, positioning, and campaigns for our target personas, markets, and products
-Be the expert on the competitive landscape and market
- Own thought-leadership content strategy and development across the entire customer journey including digital assets (ex. website), sales-related collateral, and marketing campaign materials 
- Bring new products to market effectively and build momentum around existing product offerings
- Partner closely with Revenue Enablement team on trainings and materials for GTM teams 
- Manage co-marketing opportunities with Partners 
- Partner cross-functionally and build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
- Track and analyze performance metrics to measure and share actionable insights to improve metrics like awareness, pipeline, product attach rate, adoption, and customer retention
- Manage contractor and vendor relationships

💡 What we’re looking for:
- At least 8  years of experience in PMM at a B2B SaaS company
- Expert in messaging and positioning for Mid Market and Enterprise organizations, with a proven track record of crafting a compelling story/narrative with a unique Point of View 
- Experience marketing a multi-product platform across different buyers and segments 
- Proven track record of B2B content strategy development and execution
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills 
- Launching new products and multi-channel campaigns is a key initiative for our business. You’ll rely on exceptional project management skills to design and implement these types of programs
- High sense of urgency, organization, and a bias towards action 
- Intermediate experience with Hubspot and Salesforce 
- Experience working in a high-growth/fast-paced environment 
- Experience selling in HR Tech a plus
