Doctolib is looking for a Lead Technical Product Manager to join our PEER (Platform, Engineering Efficiency, and Reliability) domain.
Doctolib is on a mission to improve the lives of healthcare professionals and their patients by providing the next generation of health tech solutions. To support our continued rapid growth, Doctolib recently launched the PEER domain with the mission to unleash the creativity and productivity of all Doctolib Tech & Product teams (50+ features teams, 300+ people: PMs, developers, analysts, designers) by enabling all teams to ship innovative scalable features quickly and reliably.
The PEER domain aims to build the best product development experience by:
- Building internal platform products to take advantage of a force multiplier effect and allow all Doctolib teams to benefit from the latest innovations. Topics include our mobile and desktop app platforms, our communication platform for SMS, email and Push, our experimentation platform, among others.
- Providing the best product development environment and tools for all feature teams. Topics include our CI/CD systems, our feature team tooling, our dev portal, and more.
As a Lead Technical Product Manager in PEER, you will play a key role in defining the vision for the PEER domain and the strategy to achieve it.
Your Missions
- Help develop the vision for PEER by collaborating with key stakeholders from tech, product, data, design, security, legal, and business teams
- Define a clear strategy to achieve your teams’ missions and set quarterly OKRs for your feature teams
- Recruit, coach and support product managers in your team to ensure a robust product process and maximise impact of your feature teams
- Become the expert in your users' problems & needs within Doctolib by organising feedback collection at scale to gather input from all feature teams
- Present and defend your product choices to the different stakeholders across the organisation
- Contribute to the global growth of the product team by engaging in knowledge sharing, best-practice implementation, and creating new processes to help us adapt as we scale
Your skills
- You have at least 5 years of Product Management experience with direct product ownership: you have worked with developers and data analysts, led development team rituals, and wrote specifications
- You have already managed a team of product managers
- You have a strong technical background and a clear understanding of developer products (knowledge of the developer tool space)
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build amazing products for your users
- You have a strong analytical mindset, making strategic product decisions grounded in data
- You are customer-centric and close to your users
- You have excellent communication skills
