ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton is seeking an experienced Group Product Manager to own class search and discovery on our Connected Fitness products. This person will act as the voice of the user when collaborating with members from Content and Marketing to develop, design and test improvements to the browse ecosystem to increase workout engagement across Bike, Tread and Row. This person will be responsible for driving the advancement of our content management tools and overseeing the strategy for their use on the Homescreen and within the Peloton’s library of 10,000+ on-demand workout classes. This person will report to a Director of Product on the Connected Fitness Cardio team and work closely with other product managers, designers, project managers, and engineers to push strategy forward.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Collaborate with stakeholders on Content, Marketing, Design and other Product teams to improve the Peloton browse experience and develop strategies and features that deliver value to our Members.
  • Define and monitor success metrics and offer data-driven insights to inspire new features, tools and experiments that drive engagement.
  • Work with UX Research and Analytics to develop a deep understanding of our Members to ensure the Discovery product roadmap is grounded in their needs.
  • Partner with other Product Managers to think through and implement changes to the Peloton browse system and internal tools for new products and software features.
  • Work with Content Programming & Production teams to modernize the software used for content creation and library management.
  • Thoughtfully communicate product vision and detailed requirements documents to the development team and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Take an active role in driving features to launch by translating product requirements into engineering requirements and testing criteria, performing UAT and designing experiments in collaboration with Engineering, Program Management and Analytics partners.
  • Display leadership and positivity within your team.
  • Identify areas for product innovation.

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience
  • 2+ years experience managing other product managers
  • Exceptional communication skills, especially the ability to work closely with experts in a different field, understand their needs and translate them into strategy, features and tools
  • Ability to design systems and tools that solve the needs of today but are flexible enough to meet future needs
  • Highly collaborative and willing to give and accept constructive feedback
  • Self starter; ability to act autonomously
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Constant attention to detail

AS A BONUS

  • Experience in health and fitness, content streaming or other related fields.
  • Experience with ML-based recommendations and/or content curation tools.
  • Experience working on a consumer Software product with integrated hardware.

Base Salary: $213,300.00  to $277,300.00

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
