Our Rent team is on a mission to build the best rental experience for our users. As a key member of this best-in-class product team, you will be on the front lines, turning our ambitious vision into a reality.
We are looking for a hands-on, user-obsessed Lead Product Manager to own a critical pillar of our core product —from discovery and search to application and payment. You will lead a dedicated cross-functional team to ship innovative features that solve real problems for renters. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with a direct path to shaping the future of our product.
Flex takes a market-based approach to pay, ensuring compensation is commensurate with a candidate's experience and our internal leveling guidelines. For candidates located in ourTier 1 markets (NYC/ SF), the base salary pay range for this role is $216,000—$270,000 USD
For all other U.S. locations, Flex utilizes a geographic pay differential based on a cost of labor index. If you are located outside of the Tier 1 states listed above, your starting pay will be adjusted to align with the market conditions of your specific geographic zone. Offices
