About the job
The PaaS (Platform As A Service) product team is built of PMs that pair with developers in order to think, build, deploy in production and maintain all the products from Scaleway's PaaS ecosystem. The products we build aim to facilitate our clients' lives by providing them with a cloud service that is simple, resilient, and secure.
Consequently, our clients do not have to build their infrastructure from scratch and can focus their resources on their added value: building apps!
As of today, the PaaS ecosystem embeds different types of products, including Storage, Database, Serverless, Managed Kubernetes, IoT, and AI. Not to mention all the products that still need to be made live!
Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for managing a team of Product Managers in the PaaS ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Management:
Coach and manage a team of Product Managers of various seniority in their daily job and career
Identify pain points and opportunities to help them in their operational duties
Take on the role of acting PM when needed
- Product Ops:
Improve the product team processes when needed and drive the implementation of the solution
Contribute to Product Manager best practices inside and outside the team
- Product Leadership:
Articulate a product vision with the team to guide your product perimeter & PMs
Ability to be an ambassador for product management internally and externally
Lead by example, values servant leadership
Minimum qualifications
- Proven experience on coaching/mentoring to make individuals and teams shine
- More than 5 years of experience in Product Management (Discovery, Delivery, clients Interviews, crafting a product strategy and implementing it)
- Tenacity and proactivity to carry the product team and drive the implementation of new practices & processes
- Great communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Very good command of English
Preferred qualifications:
- Strong Knowledge of Cloud ecosystems or interested in learning more
- Demonstrated track of setting OKR-driven objectives

Salary Range
Depending on the seniority of the profile
