In your role, you will work closely with other lead product managers, product managers in your train, the head of product but also with business owners.
As a Train we are setting our ambition as a collective effort with common goals, requiring Lead Product Manager to be a great leader for its assigned Group, but also a great team player by supporting transversal projects that have direct impact on Sellers, Clients and Internal User Experience. The role reports to the Head of Product Operations. Your future manager has more than 15 years of experience in e-commerce and services and will coach you in your journey to become a great Senior Lead Product Manager.

2- Product strategy
- Build and nurture the Group product vision with your PMs, based on the data you gathered (from users, your team, data analysis, competitors, user research…)

- Be obsessed by the impact of the features you ship through A/B testing, behavior data, etc. and generate insights about your product (with user researchers’ help)
- Communicate in a timely manner with your Product Director about important information, alerts, etc. Ask for help everytime you need it, and be a fast learner

4 - Management
- Coach and train: make your PMs grow : help them become autonomous and impact driven. Assist them during their main ceremonies, have regular 1:1, share your experience...
- Review and assess: set clear objectives (we use the OKR methodology) and monitor your  PMs performance regularly
