We’re one of the fastest growing fintechs in the U.S. and have had another record-breaking year. In 2021 we almost doubled our headcount and valuation. Our personal finance app makes investing easy and affordable; this year 6 million customers set aside more than $3 billion with Stash.

Prioritizing People is one of our core values and has been key to a healthy work-life balance and a great sense of fulfillment and inclusion. We employ a true people first - hybrid model. Live and work where you feel the most productive, whether that is in your home, in an office, or a combination of both. Anywhere in the US or UK.

Let’s solve complex problems and tackle wealth inequality.

  • Partner with Business Operations stakeholders and Engineering to build and maintain high quality change management, user acceptance testing, and release management processes
  • Ensure the Operations tooling platform effectively supports Stash’s compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Identify opportunities to incorporate systemic preventative and detective controls against high risk tasks and processes
  • Enhance, automate, and deliver new tooling that reduces agent burden, agent error, and cost to service, while maintaining or improving the customer experience
  • Coach and develop other product managers on the team, in addition to being a strong individual contributor

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years product management experience
  • Experience working in fintech, fintech operations preferred

  • Deep passion for customer experience through the lens of servicing and operations
  • Excellent communicator, strategic thinker and problem solver. Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams and diverse internal stakeholders
