We are looking for a Lead Product Manager, Ads and Campaigns

Total Compensation between: $360,000 - $500,000, which includes a fixed annual salary between $235,000-$300,000, employee equity plan grant & world class benefits.

Rokt Ads is a channel that consistently delivers market-leading results for our advertisers. We are currently seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive the evolution of Rokt’s portfolio of solutions for marketers. The role will include innovation around offer formats and measurement solutions to maximize the value of the unique access to Ecommerce customers we bring to our clients at a time when both Ecommerce as a channel for marketing and the adoption of ML solutions are accelerating.

About the role

What we’re looking for in a Principal Product Manager

  • World-class product manager with a superior track record of working on best-in-class products at premier technology companies
  • Experience being the driving force in developing a clear product vision and north star that aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Experience managing the full product development lifecycle, including ideation, research, build, release, continuous iteration, and future evolution.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to discuss the product roadmap vision with customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth through increasing market penetration, addressing new segments/markets, and launching new products/features.
  • An expert-level product storyteller who has a track record of creating comprehensive product roadmaps, obtaining leadership buy-in, and leading product development from vision through execution.

Requirements

About you

  • 6+ years as a product manager in a high-growth tech company or other relevant organization with exposure to programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., science, engineering, computer science).
