Your mission:
Product Designers at Ledger are passionate and ambitious about making the world of web3 easy and delightful to use. We are seeking a talented Lead Product Designer to join us, tasked with designing and working with the Growth team to run tests on our website ledger.com to increase conversions throughout the ecommerce funnel.
As an individual contributor, you will work closely with our Head of Growth and the CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) team and work alongside stakeholders to design and ship accessible and inclusive experiences which drive conversions. You will be the subject matter expert with a direct impact on the future of Ledger and your designs and ideas will be used by millions of people worldwide.
What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on conversion rate optimization for ecommerce brands
- Expert with Figma and at least one web analytics and a/b testing tool (Optimizely, Mixpanel, Google Optimize,...)
- Strong prototyping skills (protopie, framer, principle,…)
- High-quality visual design skills, appealing designs that effectively communicate experiment ideas and outcomes
- Ability to analyze and use quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions and find direction
- Content strategy and information architecture planning skills
- Strong knowledge of web interface patterns and use of growth psychology principles apply to ecommerce websites
- Deep understanding of user research, information architecture, and user experience design principles
- Communication and storytelling skills, ability to pitch design ideas and concepts to stakeholders
- Facilitating collaborative creative workshops with interdisciplinary teams
- Strong relationship-building skills to socialize ideas within the organization and external partnerships
