About our team
At Turo, we recognize that great design is the cornerstone of our mission to revolutionize how the world uses its 1.5+ billion cars. It's not just about looks; it's about enabling entrepreneurial hosts to thrive, helping guests find their ideal car for every journey, and supporting them before, during, and after their trip. Here, design is not just valued—it's essential, driving our commitment to research-led, customer-centric experiences that empower our community and enhance every trip.
Your role and impact
As a Lead Product Designer on the Guest Success team, you will drive the user experience vision and execution for product improvements that help guests have a delightful 5-star trip experience. Some of the product surfaces you might work on include helping guests quickly access contextual AI-driven support in our mobile apps, or building tools that help enable our support agents to deliver helpful solutions for our guests unique trip needs (as examples).
Your role is central to Turo's mission, ensuring every product interaction is not just cohesive and high-quality but also supports our team's mission: Orchestrate a delightful Turo trip experience with intuitively helpful guest and agent software.
As a key member of our Product Design team, you will directly report to the Director of Product Management in our Paris office, collaborating day-to-day with a group of skilled Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and Data professionals, while receiving consistent strategic guidance and coaching from our Product Design Director based at our headquarters in San Francisco, CA, further honing your design craft and expertise. Our collective goal is to create outstanding product experiences that address complex customer challenges with simplicity and elegance.
