About the Role
As Klover’s Lead Designer, you will be responsible for the full end-to-end user experience. You’ll work closely with Product and Engineers to establish Klover’s brand and user experience for data monetization. This particular position will lead design and execution of our SaaS data product.
Our design team works with our product & engineering teams to successfully communicate, evolve and execute a strong product design standard that showcases Klover as a leader in insights, activation, and measurement. You are a crucial component of our company’s growth and product launches through your contributions on strategic direction, high visual standards and focus on user needs. You take on an owner’s mentality, take pride in your work, your team’s work and Klover as a whole.

What your day to day will look like
- Partner with the Data Monetization team to successfully communicate our product strategy, process and lead cross-functional meetings to align teams
- Creative thinking and strategic execution. You will be asked to think outside of the box, and partner with our product and engineering teams to push innovation forward
- Work across the entire business stack and make an impact at different stages of our product: building vision & strategy, ensuring all the loose ends are tied up when executing, and making sure the operational components to support onboarding are in place
- Push forward and maintain a high bar of design & execute well throughout the process.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of design experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for detailed articulations of strategy, process, and leading cross-functional meetings to align teams
- Experience working cross-functionally with a variety of departments (engineering, marketing, design and product management)
- Strong ability to craft a clear narrative and paint a vision that communicates and aligns
- Experience working with tools including but not limited to Figma, Jira, Miro, Confluence, Looker, Slack, Google Apps
- Experience working on B2B data products
