We have a remote-first culture and this position can be based anywhere from Australia or New Zealand. This role can be fully remote or hybrid if you are in Melbourne. We encourage you to work in the way that best suits you.
Your role at Culture Amp
Join us as the Product Design Lead for our 1-on-1 product in the Amplify camp. Amplify camp's mission is to help our customers make the day-to-day work add up to stronger relationships, growth and impact. Working within our Amplify Camp, you will work on our 1-on-1 conversation tool to connect people and managers with real, authentic conversations to level-up the employee experience.
This means you’ll have a unique opportunity to impact how every employee experiences the Culture Amp magic.

To be considered for this role, a solid portfolio of design work is required to be submitted via our application form. Your portfolio gives you a chance to showcase the best of what you can do, so make the most of the opportunity to impress. Tell us a story. Walk us through the life of several projects from start to finish, outlining your role, the problems you were asked to solve, how you went about solving them and the outcomes you delivered (preferably with data). Help us get into your brain.
