? What’s the opportunity?  

We’re looking for our Lead Communications Designer to join our growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative storyteller who will help grow and bring the WorkRamp brand to life. We are looking for someone who is passionate about quality creative and beautiful brand experiences. This role reports to the VP of Marketing.

- Build the visual guidelines for the WorkRamp Marketing Brand

- Drive consistency and scalability of the WorkRamp brand across Marketing, C-Suite, and Employer Branding initiatives

- Partner with the Marketing team to translate our content and narrative into compelling experiences across print, digital, and in-person 

-Partner cross-functionally with Product Design, and build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization

- Manage any design contractors and vendor relationships 

? What we're looking for:

- Proven experience developing compelling narratives and design assets 

- Proficient in Figma, Adobe CS, Adobe Photoshop, Google Slides, Canva 

- Experience with motion graphics and Adobe After Effect a plus 

- Experience with HTML5 a plus

- A strong understanding of UX/UI principles 

- Experience working on designs for Marketing and Communications strategies

- A strong collaborator, with a track record of building cross-functional relationships

- High sense of urgency, organization, and a bias towards action
