Lead Brand Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Brand Designer to join our creative team who will be responsible for developing and creating visually stunning and efficient designs. 

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, Product Marketing, Product Development, Product Design as well as executive leadership, to ensure our brand presence aligns with our overall business objectives, our level of quality and consistency across all marketing and communication touch points.

The Lead Brand Designer will:

• Own and manage Mirakl’s brand guidelines, ensuring the highest standards of creative output across the company while maintaining consistency in visuals, brand identity, and messaging globally. Determine how to extend or refresh the brand when appropriate.
• Act as a brand ambassador. You will be the go-to person on Mirakl’s brand guidelines and design best practices, ensuring Mirakl’s brand standards are upheld across the organization.
• Lead the deployment, the development and execution of Mirakl brand strategies, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company's vision and values.
• Own the design process from end to end. Drive the creation and delivery of all visual materials (presentation templates, digital marketing campaigns, social media posts, websites, trade show booths, etc.) for internal and external communications
• Hands-on design production, or provide vision and direction to supporting production designers/agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables within budget and timelines.

• Develop and maintain a library of all brand assets and templates for ongoing company use.
• Work with stakeholders within the global marketing organization and senior management team to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual concepts and designs..
• Prioritize, track, and communicate status of projects on an ongoing basis to ensure on-time delivery.
• Present creative design concepts clearly and confidently in front of all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of brand guidelines, internalize their principles and extend as appropriate to ensure creative, compelling and memorable output, while also maintaining consistency and fidelity to brand identity.
• Ability to collaborate well with stakeholders across groups and levels, with a proven track record of translating desired concepts and/or business goals into impactful visuals and deliverables.
• Ability to prioritize, manage, and efficiently complete multiple projects to meet shifting needs and deadlines, working through and with third parties when appropriate.
• Breadth and depth of output across various digital and print marketing and communications mediums.
• Organized self-starter, extremely attentive to detail and able to adhere to tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or other relevant tools.
• HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus
• Must be able to provide a portfolio (web or PDF) work along with your application.
• Fluency in English is mandatory
