PayFit is an intuitive cloud-based payroll and employee management solution designed specifically for SMBs. We are a European company operating from 3 main countries (France, Spain, and the UK) where we are supporting over 9500 clients.

What will be your role ?
By joining the Time On Squad, you will participate in the development of a very strategic part of the product, ensuring the best user experience.
You will work in a Triforce mode, collaborating closely with the Product Manager and Engineering Manager on a daily basis.
You will report directly to the Design Manager of the Time Team.
The Time On Squad is part of the Payroll Experience Tribe, surrounded by a great team of experts, you will have the opportunity to grow in skills on multiple subjects.
To give you more context, here’s some more information about the Time On Squad!
Scope 🗺️ Time On is mostly focused on building a time management module for employees and employers (Tracking time spent on projects, Clock-in / Clock-out, etc.)
Team 👨👩👦 The team is composed by a Product Manager, Engineering Manager, 2 Engineers and 2 Product Builders.
Projects 🤩 The Squad is currently working on new top-secret features, while still implementing different UX improvements.
Accompanied by the Design Manager, you will be responsible for the user experience for the scope of your squad.
You will practice the double diamond design process from beginning to end: translating research insights taken from users and stakeholders into user journey and design pixel perfect mockups that engineers can easily implement.
You will follow the delivery part, while collaborating closely with the developers in the squad.
You will actively participate in the rituals of the squad.
You will contribute to the research of the new features, and make decisions based on research and data.
You will find new UX/UI improvements in the product and suggest them to the team.
This job has been tailored for you if :
You are a student in digital design (product design, UX, interaction design, etc.)
You have an up-to-date portfolio primarily with UX/UI references.
When you design interfaces, you think first and foremost about what will be the added value of your solution that will answer your user's needs.
You’re comfortable with Figma.
You love researching and working on a project from A to Z (the whole discovery phase) and you know the value of user testing and have already put it into practice.
You are meticulous and have a strong eye for detail.
You have strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills and you enjoy working in a collaborative setting, as part of a team.
You are comfortable speaking & writing in English to exchange with the team.
Working with remote teams does not scare you, and video conferencing is no secret to you.
