About the role:
We’re seeking a Brand Graphic Designer to join our Brand Creative team. In this role, you’ll help shape the visual identity of Contentsquare, translating our brand into compelling designs across multiple channels. You’ll be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary squad, working alongside motion designers and copywriters to create high-impact visuals that enhance our brand presence.
This is an individual contributor position, meaning you’ll develop expertise through hands-on projects and guidance from senior creatives. You’ll work independently on day-to-day tasks with regular feedback while receiving structured support for larger assignments.
In your day to day you will:
- Brand Design Execution: Craft visually striking assets across digital, print, and event formats—including presentations, social media content, web visuals, ads, and more.
- Marketing & Campaign Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to design creative assets for product launches, campaigns, and digital activations.
- Event & Print Design: Develop print materials such as event signage, brochures, banners, and branded merchandise for global Contentsquare events and activations.
- Template & System Development: Help refine our design system, ensuring brand consistency across touchpoints by creating scalable templates and guidelines.
- Storytelling Through Design: Work with copywriters to transform complex ideas into visually compelling narratives.
- Iterate & Optimize: Continuously refine designs based on feedback, testing, and data insights to enhance user engagement and impact.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with motion designers and stakeholders across the company, ensuring creative alignment with business objectives.
What we're looking for:
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or a similar role within a fast-paced environment (SaaS, tech, or agency experience is a plus).
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, layout design, typography, and both digital and print asset creation.
- Print production knowledge, including experience designing for large-format signage, brochures, and event materials.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma (experience with motion tools like After Effects is a plus!).
- Attention to detail and ability to execute pixel-perfect designs while maintaining creative flexibility.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills—you think beyond aesthetics and consider the user experience.
- A collaborative mindset—you're comfortable taking feedback and iterating on designs with motion designers, copywriters, and key stakeholders across the company.
