This key leadership role will work across our Virgin companies to embed our B2B product suite and developing a SaaS grade offering. You will be responsible for driving product strategy, development, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and optimizing the overall performance of your products.  

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior professional to join our team as a Head of Product with B2B SaaS experience. Virgin Red is at the heart to connect the businesses together through a suite of products & services across identity, loyalty and data.

  • An individual that has previous SaaS B2B Product experience that can own formalising all our product suite and assist in the selling of those capabilities into our VCOs.  
  • Understanding the business goals and customer needs of our VCOs and how we / our product suite might support them. 
  • Our product suite involves many teams and Product people, this role will be able to sell in the full story of our product offering. 
  • Building strong relationships cross department with peers across the VCOs.  
  • Help drive business casing for new strategic opportunities, collaborating with senior leaders from various departments.  
  • Bringing internal teams together in creating a shared vision and plan. 
  • Responsible for a portfolio of products, their Product Vision & strategy, inline with our wider corporate strategy.  
  • Deep understanding of business goals, market opportunities and customer / partner needs. 
  • Managing multiple high performing POs in ensuring the Vision is executed with well-articulated roadmaps. 
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of their products. Achieving our customer growth, engagement, NPS and revenue targets.   
  • Accountable for Product Delivery for their suite of Products.  
  • Supports Product Director in mentoring throughout the product organisation. 
  • Monitor industry advancements and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.

  • Conflict resolution, understanding how to resolve disputes and resolve them quickly.  
  • Resilience, when things don't go as expected.  
  • Critical thinking process to get towards the right decisions.  
  • Problem solving, foreseeing issues, finding solutions and learning as you go.  
  • Leading and aligning cross department teams.  
  • Passionate about building value for customers & our partners.  
  • Data driven, passionate about metrics and driven to continuously improve.
