Job description

The Head of Global Product Marketing is a critical and high-profile role reporting to the Senior Vice President of Product Strategy and Marketing. You will be responsible for the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for all our products and services. This role will own day-to-day operations and collaborate with the SVP Product Strategy and marketing on the  long-term product marketing strategy, so we are looking for a candidate who brings expertise, versatility, and an enthusiasm for getting into the details.

You’ll lead a global team of 5 Product Marketers. You’ll inspire our customers, sales team, and partners with captivating content, tools, and programs. You’ll build a World Class Product Marketing team

Responsibilities:

Market Research - Acquire and possess in-depth knowledge of our target markets, segments, buyer personas, competitors, and partners via market research. Educate the company on market requirements, trends, and competitor capabilities.

Positioning & Messaging - Be best friends with our prospects and customers, identify their challenges, and articulate the value Bynder  brings to them. Develop compelling positioning and differentiation and express it through engaging and exciting copy, presentations, programs, and sales & marketing tools.

Packaging & Pricing - Understand customer willingness to pay and competitive pricing strategies. Continuously adapt our pricing based on input from the Sales teams and thorough win/loss analysis related to pricing or product offering. 

Go-to-Market Strategy - Define and own the go-to-market strategy and tactics for all products and services. Develop integrated marketing plans in collaboration with Marketing. Launch new products and services and generate market lift-off for them.

Sales Enablement - Work together with our Sales trainer and provide our Product  positioning and in depth product knowledge for compelling sales programs, tools, and training to Sales and partners. Support our sales and marketing efforts as a thought leader and subject matter expert, participating at all phases of the buyer’s journey. Deliver educational and inspiring presentations at industry, customer, press, partner, and analyst meetings.

Team Building - Hire top talent and build a product marketing team that is World class in our industry. Train your team to ensure excellence in process, tools, and tactics. Implement and manage effective product marketing routines and communications. But above all be the example of to be an Excellent Product Marketing Manager.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years SaaS product marketing experience supporting high value, complex, enterprise sales.
  • 2+ years building and leading a high performing team
  • Track record of leading product marketing strategy and programs for multiple products and markets for a fast moving preferably B2B software company.
  • You have strong attention to detail
  • You love collaborating across marketing and sales teams and have demonstrated a strong ability to execute cross-functionally.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent English language skills.
