ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a talented Head of Engineering to join our Crypto team. You will be a functional leader, owning the product and solution architecture and ensure best practices are implemented and followed across the company. If you genuinely love what you do, are driven and passionate, then we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU NEED TO ACHIEVE
You will check our engineers adhere to best practices
You will raise the bar of our product and solution architecture
You will ensure our engineering teams consist of A-players
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Own the product and solution architecture as well as quality control.
Ensure best practices are followed across the company
Contribute and shape company-wide standards
Review performance of teams and increase the quality of engineering as a functional leader
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Strong experience with JVM languages (Java).
Strong problem solving skills.
Strong understanding of relational databases.
Experience with event driven architecture, DDD and CQRS.
Experience in working with multiple teams concurrently.
Experience with high availability systems.
Strong understanding of system reliability and stability patterns.
Experience within a product focussed environment.
Experience designing and building mission critical systems.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer science or a related field. (Mathematics, Physics, etc)
