Head of Design (x/f/m)

Doctolib is the first e-health company in Europe and we are on a mission to transform the access to healthcare. 

We are looking for a Head of Design to scale our Product Design Team (+20) and provide the best experience to our users. As Head of Design you will orchestrate unified experiences across devices and throughout the customer journey for B2B and B2C solutions. On the B2C side, you will impact the experience of patients' access to healthcare (60M+ users). On the B2B side, you will help level the playing field for health personnel (300K+ users) by building unprecedented online experiences for healthcare.

Doctolib Medium- Tech and Product

What you will do

• Build and manage a talented, diverse, inclusive team of designers internationally (France, Germany and Italy now, more countries in the future).
• You will collaborate closely with Product, Insights and Tech to make data-informed decisions on the user experience of our products. You will translate those decisions into Design Strategy.
• You will work with design managers and designers to ensure we have a deep understanding of user needs and that their design solutions fit into a consistent product experience by actively participating in key initiatives 

Your skills

• You are a seasoned design professional with experience building & growing inclusive team environments. You have likely led larger teams before.
• You have a broad product design background and are well-versed in data-informed product design and development
• You have leadership and communication skills to help you work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders such as the Product Team & the Engineering Team and external partners alike. 
• You guide your teams through moments of ambiguity and create a safe and inclusive space in which people perform at their personal and collective best.
• You have experience in hiring for the design teams.

About the work policy for this role:

We provide 2 working modes:

• Office-based: you work from the office (Berlin, Milan, Nantes or Paris).
• Hybrid: you work remotely 2 to 3 days per week and from the office on the other days.
